Gym including dedicated training area for womenAmsterdam, March 18th 2024. TrainMore, part of the Urban Gym Group, renowned for its innovative approach to fitness and wellbeing, today announces the expansion of its club facilities in The Hague in response to unprecedented growth and demand from the local fitness community. The growth is a direct result of TrainMore’s concept where more workouts are rewarded with a lower membership fee. Members receive a euro discount per workout on their membership. Also, with health and fitness becoming increasingly integral to people's lifestyles, TrainMore has experienced a surge in membership, highlighting the need for enhanced facilities and services to cater to the growing community of fitness enthusiasts.“Our city centre club at the Dagelijkse Groenmarkt has grown very fast in the past years. The expansion project includes providing state-of-the-art gym equipment in an extra 700m2. We are committed to providing our members with the latest and most advanced fitness equipment. Members can expect the addition of cutting-edge machines and tools to enhance the workout experience and cater to diverse fitness goals”, says Neil Randall, CEO of TrainMore. Later this year the club will also open a dedicated functional training area for women. “Recognizing the popularity of functional training among women, we will introduce a dedicated space, allowing women to engage in dynamic workouts that improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness.” Last week, TrainMore announced plans to trial women’s zones in some of its clubs to see if it helps female members to experience better workouts. The Hague is now announced being one of these clubs in which the trial will take place. The extra 700m2 will open Monday March 18th.
